There are a lot of other couples that are also great they were skipped over by the anime so if you’re going to read the manga I’d recommend starting from the beginning so that you can get the full experience

Literally every character creates a strong emotional attachment with the viewer; you feel part of the development of each relationship. The problem is that Japan is quite "special" when it comes to making second seasons. It almost always depends on how successful it was in their country, the Blu-ray sales, the audience it had, and what we think on this side of the world doesn't matter at all. Also, although it may seem like a generalization, the Japanese audience is very mainstream; they love popular anime like Kimetsu no Yaiba, One Piece, Boku no Hero, Chainsaw Man, Attack on Titan, etc. It's very rare for anime like this one to sell well. Sometimes we get lucky and they make a second season 2-3 years later, as is the case with "Aharen-san" (a romance anime I highly recommend), but if Tsure Tsure Children is from 2017, I think it's too late. It's a shame, but there's always the option of reading the manga or the light novel.
