The spell detail context the test is to make it kast 1 hour by pumping mana into it But rudy made it self suficient by mimicing how real storms form which made her pass him faster since the storm will keep going for hours without mana

This show benefits from that, as we have a deeply complicated character in Rudy: He is a flawed person; who didn't mature as an adult; deeply affected by trauma that gave him a reluctance to form bonds; which led to wrong ideas of relationships and intimacy; but who is resolving to do better; put in a world that can help fix some of his flaws but would actually cater very much to his vices if he lets it; and on top of all of that, half the things that come out of his mouth are lies he tells to cover up his true intentions or his otherworld origin. It is no wonder that people get so lost trying to understand him. And then, on top of THAT, is the distinction between Understanding someone's actions, and Excusing them; which is a difficult task for some people. You being able to cut through all of that and see that he's not a bad person under it all, and being touched by his struggles and able to empathize and predict how things will affect him, is a rare skill.

2025-09-27 20:24:03 +0000 UTCEpisode 3, safe. 4, a few red flags but safe. 5 Safe. 6, 1 short scene but absolute rock bottom for it. 7, safe. 8, also a rough scene, and on the heels of 6 I think its why a lot of people quit the show. But after 8 its pretty much smooth sailing from here on out. In fact most episodes after 8 are more safe than the first 2 episodes.

Kazuma is a track suit wearing panty stealing pervert shut-in NEET who dies trying to save a girl from (what he thought was) truck-kun. The author was a big fan of the MT lite novel.
