Friends had told me for years that I needed to watch One Piece, but I never wanted to because of the huge amount of episodes. When I finally started, I liked it but I still didnβt really get the hype. Then came Arlong Park, Namiβs backstory, and that moment with Luffy at the endβ¦ that was the first time I truly felt this show was something special. I caught up last year after about three years, and now I can honestly say I just love this show. Sometimes the pacing is really horrible but this show just gets better and better.
