Bad choice picking Konosuba as an example of being inspired by MT. Konosuba and Mushoku Tensei started around the same time in novel format. Konosuba even finished much earlier (as it was much shorter). Konosuba actually gave inspiration for other isekais as well. Mushoku Tensei is called the father of isekai as it managed to do things well by focusing on its strengths without falling too much to cheap tropes and one dimensional character development. The one that gave inspiration for most modern isekais despite it not being an isekai itself was SAO. It came earlier and pushed for video game elements being implemented into stories.

2025-11-09 21:02:23 +0000 UTCI am absolutely in love with the subtle worldbuilding they do in this series. I mean, just look at this city. It has huge cliff walls in a ring, and a giant crystal or metal castle in the middle. It took me a second to realize it, but it's a meteor impact crater! And the castle is made of the remnants of the meteor, which is why it looks so different from the surrounding stone. Just amazingly imaginitive! The inside of the crater walls also have those embedded crystals, and when the sun dips down below the crater rim, it starts shining through the crystals and lighting up the town in those hundreds of little blue beams. Because, of course, otherwise "daytime" for the town would be hours shorter than outside. So, of course, the walls of the crater are decorated around the light crystals, in drawings that look like constellations, or histories, or memorials. Because that's just human nature to decorate things. So we get to see this stunningly beautiful and complex city with what must be a fascinating history, and it gets just one line of dialogue as the sun goes down: Eris saying how pretty the lights are.

I think it's nature of the recording. I've seen some download episodes instead to watch in VLC so they don't have to disable hardware acceleration or deal with desync issues. Personally though I'm not sure how one rips an episode from CR though. another thing she could do maybe is find natural pauses where she can reload player such as scene change then edit the reloads out before uploading but who knows how much this slows her content creation
