🍂 Hello November 🍂

Hello Patrons!

Happy November! Can you believe it’s almost Christmas? This year flew by so fast and slow at the same time! 😱😱

How are you all doing? Do you have any exciting plans for this month? 🍂

As for me, I’ve wrapped up the conventions and trips for this year, so I’m going to try my best to take the last couple of months focusing on finishing client work, and personal art and taking things slow! 🥰

✏️📙 🌴 LIGHTBOX EXPO 🌴📙✏️

Last week, my sister and I were at the Lightbox Expo! I had the pleasure of sharing the table with Gretel Lusky! 😍 I had so much fun this year because it was my first time doing a panel! 🥰

I did my first ever panel with ArtSation and oh boy—! I was so scared and nervous, I had to keep drinking water because I felt really nervous. 😵‍💫😵‍💫 So I stumbled on a lot of words and felt like I was rambling haha! 🤣 But halfway through the talk, I felt at ease and had a good time! 😮‍💨

The second talk I did was with my lovely friend, Poopikat!  😍I was way more comfortable doing this talk, I think the first is always the hardest haha! So I’m very proud to say I have successfully gotten over the fear of doing a talk/panel! haha ☺️

Fun fact: Our panel was held in the civic auditorium; the same stage where Michael Jackson performed his first moonwalk!! So insane to think about it!! 🤯🤯

I had so much fun talking with everyone again this year! It always fills my heart to see so many artists coming together to share their love for art! I am grateful for those who stopped by my table to talk, chat, and support me! It makes me so happy and there are not enough words to express my feelings! 🥹🥹💕

This year, my sister and I were able to hang out with Gretel and Nahu after the show and we even went to Disneyland together! To say I had fun is such an understatement! It was such a bittersweet moment to say goodbye to them. I cried and wept! 😭 haha but I will always cherish the moments we shared forever 🥹🫶💕

🎨 November Art 🎨

I have a couple of ideas lined up for the art I want to create this month!! I'm thinking of working with some pastel colours or maybe cool colours  👀✨

I’ve also bought some new pens because I want to try sketching in a physical sketchbook (I’ve been inspired by Gretel Lusky’s sketchbook spreads—they’re so beautiful!!) So I want to explore doing sketches! 💕
