I mean... I can't stop you! As long as you have the skill! The Game I mentioned is named "The Wandering Village" but if you made the giant SIGNIFICANTLY BIGGER it could be a humanoid and humans could live on multiple layers of her body... feet could be the scavenger's spot, head for the humans who communicate with the giantess, hands, shoulders and hips for various spots... maybe on her back there would be growths that allow for farming? Also a dynamic of relations with her, where we can either sacrifice humans to feed her, give her our own food to feed her, or her getting angry, killing us, or looking for food to eat, or share with us... then we would have the mechanic of gentle/unaware/cruel which would impact the way she lays down to sleep, either destroying our buildings or not... it might be awesome, while weird at the same time xD
