59:30 No, that scene with Tywin happened after discussion with Margery... From what I understood Cersei was just baiting and checking whether Margery power hungry (well she knows it for 99% but wants to hear out loud) and already working to be a queen still by marrying Tomen... In turn Margaery acted like she is not that much interested in being queen and still grieving (also said that she has to ask her father as if he matters, her grandmother already made up her plans). Also it can be Cersei way of trying to figure out whether Tyrells poisoned Joffrey (I think deep down she knows Tyrion didn't do it, she just wants him to be killed) but it is very far fetched, probably just first point I made is the reason...

Historically for instance Napoleon Bonaparte used same strategy by supporting revolution in France (even tho he didn't share those values much) because there is no other way to rise up in vertical of power...
