A Story line that didn't happen

So I've often tried to do a cross over episode between two actors and it almost happened. I'd actually cast two roommates who were both going to be "holding the phone" when the Leaper leapt in episode, but instead of a twinning effect where the Leapers personality is split, he instead would have been occupying two separate bodies at the same time. I'd cast two actor roommates in New York and found that they lived about 6 blocks or saw away from Emily, from the Ballerina episode, so we were going to have the Leaper inhabit 3 different people at the same time, but only briefly with Emily. And during that time, all three could access their shared skills. Emily was excited to do it and met up with one of the actors and they filmed the scene, but then the two roommates quit shortly thereafter, so all I have is this footage. This was something I had hoped to explore in season 3 (when I could), but unfortunately it's VERY difficult to find actors who can film together, let alone find actors from different episodes that can do a cross over. So I was bummed when it didn't happen.
If the circumstance are ever right and the stars align, I'll try to do something like this again. This video isn't an ideal interaction, but it works as a 'proof of concept'. The other actor wasn't very experienced and they went off script a little. No blame meant, this a hard concept for someone to have to do without any onsite direction, and it was already complicated before the crossover, so I think they just got overwhelmed.

Their would have been some set up at the beginning with the Leaper now being in two different bodies, one that stayed home and the other (this actor) who went out for the day to look around, and who ran into Emily. After Emily went on her way she was meant to go into detail about what had just happened, swapping into a third body. We were also supposed to see the "Leaper at home", suddenly having access to Emily's skills too. It was a very ambitious idea that the actors said they wanted to do. I brought it up to them, but then said they could do something easier, but they wanted to do it...but I think they realized that it was harder than they thought, so they dropped out. Which is always a danger when I try to give actors storylines that are to complicated.
