The Leaper's Day Off! Quarantine Leap 77 "Feenix"

Hi All,

After the events of the last episode, the Leaper REALLY needs a day off.  Does he get one? We'll see.

This episode is a unique one, as the actor wanted to film it in a non-selfie style. So there's times when the Leaper will talk to the camera and other times the Leaper is just trying to live his best life. Thanks to Feenix's boyfriend for filming it all for us. (Would love to hear you like stand 'selfie-style' of filming or the more 'standard style' with an "external camera" filming.  Thank you all for making this series possible, hope you have a wonderful day!

James

Thanks so much, it's definitely a unique episode for the series. Feenix sent in her audition filmed like this and so when I cast her I asked if she'd be up for filming the whole episode this way and she was. Her boyfriend did a fantastic job filming the episode. And interesting thing, we did a worldwide casting, where we got the actor from Canada, Sweden and the one from the next episode....and Feenix, who lives around 20 or so miles away from me. So since she lived so close, I HAD to be in the episode, which was fun. And yes, being a teenager would be a pain for a number of reasons.

I loved this third-person kind of view in this episode. Lots of cool scenes and great camera shots there. And I also enjoyed Feenix acting a lot. Really great work! And apparently it's not the best idea to take a day off in a teenager's body ;) There are just too many people who can tell you what to do :D Fantastic episode, James! Oh...and I really enjoyed seeing you in this episode. I hope you're doing well.

Thank you so much! It was great to get to work with someone again! Her and her boyfriend were fun to film out scenes with.

I liked the change of perspective, it flowed naturally. She did a great job! My compliments on another fun episode.
