Progress on BoC CH19

I was hoping work would be nice and light so I could pump out a full chapter before the end of the month, but sadly I caught two different and tedious projects at work, one is getting the company DMCA compliant and the other spearheading to our move from traditional landline phones to VoIP. Not hard, but time-consuming.
Anyway, I'll be going radio silent for a few days for a winter camping trip, so if you send me a message I won't be able to reply until Monday. Believe me, I'm not ignoring you lol. Once I'm back, I'll get to work.
