Progress update and poll results 6/27/22

Heya,

So we did a poll on the 17th regarding the use of a personal website to keep the Thank You notes to a manageable level, and I was surprised by the feedback. Roughly 75% of voters said to keep the notes the way they are or to just move them to the end of the chapter. I kind of thought that most would enjoy seeing their name on the website (which isn't anything special, but still neat and semi-professional) but I can't argue with the results. In light of that, we'll move the notes to the end of chapters from now on to keep things streamlined.

Also, I know I said I would have an update early last week, and here we are a week later with nothing to show for it. I cannot apologize enough. I've re-written this chapter 5 times now, and only now do I think the current in-progress iteration will be worthwhile. I'll have something for you all soon. I think I might be burning out a little, so to avoid that, Borne of Desire might get more love then usual for two-three months. I'll still try for one chapter per month for BoC, but I think a shift in focus for a short time will be good for me creative-wise.
