Mortality Script

Here's the script for the next comic. Obviously spoilers. It's also more of an outline of what to draw so its not very comprehensive.

  1. Large panel (possibly whole page) sky is really light, bottom is really dark. Bodies on the land in between
    1. With heaven above and hell below. It is left to the mortals on earth to choose a side to serve.  Mortals fear gods, what greater purpose would their inferior life serve?
    2. I thought I understood this.. I thought I understood everything that was worth understanding.
  2. Close up horizontal panel of two men on field, centaur helping a demon who’s been hurt.
    1. I never thought someone so insignificant would catch my interest.

    2. “Mortal’s helping other Mortal’s is common enough. Helping their enemy is something new to me.”
    3. “But you mortals have done many senseless things I can not understand…”

    1. “I can teach you.”

    3. “Sure, they say you never truly understand someone until you walk a mile in their horseshoes.

    1. “And I’ve got quite a few miles to get walk to get back to my troop by now, so there’s plenty of time.

    1. “I think yours is objectively confuseding, however.

    1. “Sleeping wastes a lot of hours you could be using for other things.”
    2. “Heh, we don’t really have a choice.”
