Solution for Pin Club!

Here’s what’s going on with pin club!

I want to take some time to try out a new wooden pin manufacturer to see if they can make the pins at a faster turnaround time, and when those pins arrive I’ll also need to quality check them. Since we’re already behind on shipping the pin club rewards, I wanted to just pause pin club until we could get everything sorted. I thought that there would be a way to pause 1 tier (pin club) so that it won’t bill anyone for October, but unfortunately Patreon doesn’t have a way to pause just one tier. I was able to unpublish the pin club tier so no one else can join, but I can’t stop Patreon from billing the people that are already in pin club. So, in the meantime instead of the wooden pins, we’ll ship out different rewards that were originally meant for the online store. October’s reward will be the Pumpkin Toadlets shaker charm and I’m thinking that November’s reward can be the “Little Guy” frog shaker charm, and if we can’t confirm the pins for December, the Iced Latte Hiki charm will be the reward for that month. This way, if you choose to stay in pin club you can still get a reward each month while we figure out the pins, and hopefully everything will be back on track in January.

Regarding past months, the Uromastyx pins have arrived and been shipped. If you were in pin club last month, you’ll get the snake pin whenever it arrives. If you were in pin club this month, you’ve already paid for September’s pin, you’ll get the Salamander pin whenever that one arrives. You can think of it kind of like a preorder, it’s already been bought and it doesn’t matter if you leave the pin club or change tiers, you’ll still get the pin(s). We just have to wait for everything to arrive.

I hope that clears everything up! Sorry for any worries or confusion this may have caused, and thank you all so much for your support so far. I am a (very disorganized) artist, but not much of a business-person, so it means a lot to me that you guys are willing to put up with my mistakes!
