I got kicked out of nursing school last year, only had 3 months left. I really could've used this during that time. Even listening to this now gives me hope about going back and finishing

2024-06-18 18:34:23 +0000 UTCHad my Pain Therapy appointment on Friday and we talked about several things K touched on here, like my inability to offer myself the compassion and forgiveness i would readily give another, and changing that mean voice in my head, to name a couple. It was a tough session that left me drained and raw, but K validated ALL the work i had put in that day right here. That's been a big comfort, for sure. *shyly reaches for his hand* 🥹 Thanks, K. 🩵☘️🥀
