I LOVE the american rugby player Ilona Maher and she mentioned the documentary "The Weight of Gold". It's about olympians and their mental health and it was shocking to hear how little mental health help they get post-Olympics.

Soccer definitely isn’t the most popular sport in Canada but our women’s team is very celebrated and beloved. Such a shame to know there is a “systemic culture” of violating the principles of fair play.
