I feel out of control. It’s frustrating. Things that should be fun, easy, enjoyable are struggles packed with silence, pain, misunderstandings and rejection. I need to let go. I can’t make anyone do anything they don’t want to, and I can’t keep going like this. Nothing I seem to try is working, helping, making things better or getting me the results I want. Letting go is so fucking hard. How to know when to persist and keep trying or when it’s time to give it all up? I just don’t know…🥲😔😮💨😭.
