The best thing about therapy is that you have this person that you can tell all your problems to and they're a completely neutral person in your life. Your feelings and thoughts don't affect their life therefore they can give you objective advice and see patterns and behaviours that you don't. They can tell you when that little mean voice in your head is lying to you or being too harsh on you, and hopefully you believe them because their opinion is objective. I've been to therapy on and off for about nine years and it has healed the relationship I have with my loved ones but mostly the relationship I have with myself. So if you can - do it. And four is the best lucky number, and also the day I was born. 😇👌🍀

AH YES I MISSED THIS fave number is 5. It's satisfying to me. Can't say I have a fave zodiac sign. I'd say myself my I also can't stand my own sign. And I love me a bowtie pasta I totally get what the asker is saying. It wasn't until I hit what I felt was rock bottom that I even attempted to ask for help. And if I'm being honest, there are aspects of it I still struggle with. Therapy has been very recommended in my case, but I just can't bring myself to do it, beyond the expense part. I don't feel strong enough to be able to take all that shit head on. Everyone is worth saving and worth the love to get them through it and keep going .
