I’m late to the party here and I dunno if you’ll ever read this but as someone who has grown up and gone through extensive trauma throughout my life I understand how you can feel irreparably broken. Like as you get older people get harder to trust and you build this wall to protect yourself because you’ve seen the worst of people and that’s what you expect at this point and you hold onto all this pain that ends up eating you alive. I get it, I totally get it. I hope however, that you’re in a much better place now K ❤️ I hope you have someone you can safely open up to without any judgement. You are very loved, even the ugly jagged parts of yourself, they’re beautiful because they made you, you ❤️
