the tree shimmered brightly, the stockings were set,
but sleep would not find you, not quite yet.
your eyes sparkled warmly, your smile held such cheer,
but for santa to visit, we must sleep, my dear.
i pull you in gently, your head finds its place,
and softly i whisper, “don’t worry, you’re safe.”
the night wraps around us, the world calm and still,
may dreams softly find you, i know that they will.

I hope it is a Christmas proposal 🎄💍 if it is, my heart will be so full of joy. I have been repeating all the proposal audios all this week. Maybe I had a gut feeling the whole time 🤭 I love them so much though, they are so cute ❤️✨
