we are sitting together on the couch, the soft glow of the fireplace warming the room as we wrap christmas presents for everyone. it is a quiet, silly kind of moment, the kind that feels like it could stretch on forever. your wrapping is perfect, neat lines and careful folds, while mine is a patchwork of effort and crooked tape. you laugh, teasing me as i fumble with the paper, asking questions to see if i might accidentally give away what you are getting this year. we joke about past christmases, the memories spilling out like gifts of their own. as i sit here with you, i can’t help but feel grateful for a year full of little moments like this, moments that remind me just how lucky i am to have you by my side.

Not going to lie...for me, this has been a fucked up year...or two. I lost count. Like it's sucked. I lost all my money, been out of work in my field for over a year and completely disenchanted by it. I've been done with Christmas before December even began, didn't get to enjoy any fall festivities and it's just been...not good. But listening to K's audios has helped me release unpleasant emotions, feel so much better and have a source of comfort to turn to which I haven't really had in a long time. So, I hope that you, Kithaniel...sir bubba lol, and the entire Kommunity have a great holiday, the BEST Holiday, whatever holiday you celebrate.
