broken glass
Added 2025-04-14 01:36:44 +0000 UTCyou broke a glass in the kitchen reaching for one on the top shelf. instead of calling for me, you tried to clean it up yourself, and of course, that’s when it happened. the second you step on a piece, i hear you call for me. i’m already moving. i come in, scoop you up and carry you straight to the bedroom. you’re holding onto me, a little shaky, and all i can think about is getting you off your feet. i set you down gently and head to the bathroom for the medical supplies. you’re in good hands now. let me play doctor and take care of you properly.

This is my job at home with my spouse 🤣 tweezers and med kit in each room since they're so accident prone (we blame the ADHD) . I'm very gentle with them but I'll dig glass out barehanded on myself 🤷🏿♀️

It would be embarrassing but wonderful to have such kind, compassionate help to get the glass out and also clean up. 🥰❤️😍 🤓🤓🤓 Did you hear a while ago that experts said the hydrogen peroxide doesn’t help more than soap and water? There’s more to it than that. Told my Mom she made us suffer for no reason growing up. 🤣😂🤣 we had a little laugh about it. But your sound effects were cute. Took me back in time. ⌛️⏳️

I relate to crawling up on the counter like Spiderman to get high up things. Getting up there is fine. It’s the coming back down that’s risky. 🤣😅🙃😉 Same for changing batteries and light bulbs. Banister of the stairs and the opposite wall for balance work just fine. 🤷🏾♀️🏅 living on the edge yo! 😇😇😇
