Added 2025-07-29 04:29:39 +0000 UTCwe're still at the beach, winding down after the bbq, music playing on a pair of speakers we brought out for just this occasion. everyone's relaxing, waiting until the sun dips below the horizon to begin the bonfire. i sent a playlist over to dave, who's working as a makeshift dj for the night. i put it together earlier today when you originally agreed to come out here tonight. i'm just really grateful you actually decided to come. i know it was nerve-racking meeting everyone, but they really like you, just as i knew they would.
