Added 2025-08-26 02:59:19 +0000 UTCtonight is our last night together before you have to get on a plane and fly across the globe. the distance is terrible, but this past week together has been magic. waking up and going to bed with you every night feels like how it should always be. no part of me wants you to go back home, especially when your home feels like it's right here with me. i wake up to the sensation of you tossing and turning and your voice quietly crying out in your sleep. instinctively, i reach out and pull you into my chest to keep you safe and bring you out of that nightmare. the thought of leaving is clearly on your mind too, just as it's on mine. right now, let's not think about tomorrow, let's just think about tonight, this moment, here with you.
