picking up the pieces from parental problems
Added 2025-09-28 20:54:35 +0000 UTCyou just got off the phone with your parents, and i can tell immediately that the call was triggering. sometimes the calls are good, but more often than not they say something. it can be the smallest thing, but it digs so deep. i see the look on your face and pull you down to me, my arms wrapping around you, shielding you as best as i can from all the hurt they left behind. i'm here, sweetheart, i'm here to pick up the pieces.
