WIP Compilation Index

I've never made an index before, and to my surprise it's strangely calming, pecking through five years' worth of writing to select the useful terms.
This is the result of the very first pass through the adventures. It doesn't include terms from the bestiary or gazetteer entries, and it's pre-edit of any kind. (Or even pre-viewing by anyone who has ever made an index before.)
I've tried to draw a balance between indexing everything, and a goofy long index—I've left out terms that I don't think people would ever look up directly. Most of the wizards only appear under 'wizards', for instance.
I suspect the main purpose of this will be for people looking for links between adventures; the idly curious wondering how many times I've used isopods, that sort of thing.
I'd love feedback if you have any! (No need to flag typos or 'spider' vs. 'spiders', all that will get cleaned up in a proper edit pass much later.)

2019-03-08 14:37:43 +0000 UTCGood lord you had a thorough read! I've done a bit of restructuring since I did this version, and yes, I've added the Tcheth! I still need to index the bestiary. What do you think about the decision not to have a top-level index item for the monsters?

The two exceptions were 'Tcheth' (which I suspect only appears in one release right now, so not a big deal, though I have wondered if we'd ever see those fellows again) and 'gods' (though I noticed some I would've expected to see there were under 'demigods' or 'demons,' so maybe that was an intentional omission).
