People don't like hearing future episodes are bad...it gives them warped expectations, blind wave always has and always will frown on being told in advance what to expect out of a certain episode, as it lessens their excitement

I have pretty much said nothing more than the episode title for school reunion and I did not give away the entire episode next week if you don’t like it just ignore it I said nothing more than there was a werewolf in it

I mean seriously. You couldn't just saw the episode number. I'd hate to hang out with you, you are the ones to avoid for spoilers >:(

Dawn! I had no idea. I though you couldn't show the whole video of the episode, How does this work?

What are the "obvious" reasons you don't enjoy Love & Monsters? I haven't seen the episode in a while. :)

Hhahahahaha... Watch Doctor Who they said. It'll be fun they said, lol. You guys have NO idea what you've gotten yourselves into (those of you who haven't watched before ;). With the absolute mind F*&ks mixed with your feels train derailing quite a few times by the time you get caught up in the series you'll wonder why you ever out this show in the poll, lol. I'm sorry, I'm so so sorry but you guys are totally screwed! XD

The one quote I remember so clearly from this series is in this episode. I wonder what it says about me. "It's like I'm in a bouncy castle."

You can watch their full reaction for 10! I'm doing it pretty much JUST for doctor who. Hope they got up to two a week eventually or it's going to take ages. They might hit a few two parters and not want to stop.

You guys know that while the crew might try to stay out of comments there are people watching DW along with the crew? :P just maybe take it down a notch with writing out important plot points. I understand it's fun to discuss but still, we have a discord channel for that, where it's much harder for people to accidentally get spoiled.

The first part of Season 2 is rough to re-watch. The main reason is because nobody really knew what they were doing with Tennant, or figured out how they wanted the "new" Doctor's and Rose's relationship to develop. Thankfully by the time they get into the mid and later parts of the season, they hit a real 'stride' that pretty much cemented the show to last for multiple seasons AND Tennant's spot in 'nerdom' that is still hard to knock him out of.

I disagree, School Reunion was a great one especially for fans of the early Doctor Who years. Sarah Jane was one of the best companions

I don't know I don't disagree that those three are bad, but for me the Christmas special they watched last week is the worst Who episode I've seen to date. I find it neigh unwatchable.

I thoroughly enjoy series 2 apart from Love & Monsters for obvious reasons, and Fear Her because the girl playing Chloe Webber cannot act to save her life.

I'd say this season has 10 strong episodes but idiot's lantern, love & monsters and fear her are utter dogshit!

But the 2-part episodes are all great. The rest are fillers.

Well, when I first saw this show & even now I Couldn't and can't keep from thinking Skyrim. But yes good make-up sound plot. Not to much can go wrong. Good reaction. Would love to see more.

Chav is basically the UK equivalent of trailer trash but without the living in mobile homes.
2017-07-19 18:22:27 +0000 UTC
And to add, I really like the death of Lady Cassandra. Yeah, she was a silly villain, but I love that she in the end was able to go back to herself, as she was before she started picking away at all that she deemed imperfect about herself, and got to tell herself that she was beautiful back then. I like that. It's obvious and such, but I feel like it fitted well.

Ah, New Earth! With New New York. Been a while since I watched this. It's a mostly comedic episode definitely, to get back into the groove of things with a new Doctor but a familiar foe, but it still manages to have a heart and some sad moments, like most Doctor Who. And indeed, as he himself said, textbook enigmatic comments from the Face of Boe. Whatever could it mean... (and the channel said that the face of boe was pregnant again, not only that he had a child).
I do like the bodyswapping in this episode, even though the logic behind it isn't explained (I mean, that's just a thing with Doctor Who. Some things you just roll with). I found it funny to see both Billie Piper and David Tennant get to play with that and acting, well, not like their characters. And as Eric said... There might be some feelings here. WHO KNOWS?
But yeah. Really like the make-up/masks on the cat people, I think those look great. I don't know why, but I love that design.
Aaron and Calvin have impressive poker faces. The discussion was a lot of fun, and you guys are asking a lot of good questions. Not a lot to talk about for this one in particular, but still a fun go. Really looking forward to some upcoming episodes this series.

I think an important thing to note when talking abt 10s feelings for rose is that he was born out of 9 sacrificing himself to save her and I mean cmon that's gotta have some kinda big impact in you (and yes I know there still technically the same person but they're very much their own person at the same time)

Oh yeah, been waiting for this. <3 A little comedic turn for David Tennant. Zooey Wanamaker (HP's Madam Hooch) did so well in her scene.
Weaker than other episodes, but fun enough. (Cures spreading by touch also bugged me the first time I watched this.)
