As others have said, all the tv shows were improvised. They were done by Justin Roiland, the creator. In case you somehow never found out, Justin does the voice for both Rick and Morty, along with a bunch of other characters.

I'd love to check out a few realities where certain tv shows weren't canceled first season, but got to have long successful runs. That and maybe check out a reality where they DIDN'T replace Eric Stoltz in Back to the future, just to see what that looks like.

You're in for a treat, as the show continues on, as stuff that happens will matter more and more in future episodes as the show goes on, especially if you start to pick up on or look into theory videos about the show. Careful if you look up theories though cause there's ALWAYS spoilers as theory fans are always looking for more every episode that comes out.

Like Bennett mentioned, all of the tv show bits were improvised by Justin Roiland, and then animated afterwards. It's funny what Shane said, because the first time I watched this episode, it was one of my least favorite, but after rewatching it knowing it was mostly improv, it easily became one of my favorite episodes. :)

I'd love to see that Jurassic Park one where the dinosaurs brought Mankind back and the humans get loose and are hunting them. Though what are some of the different exhibits? Like the Accountant, the lawyer, the engineer are those the exhibits?

Yes! Love this episode. Lol "surprisingly deep" is the best description for all of Rick and Morty. I didn't want to spoil it for you but now that you've seen it yeah there is continuity so yknow pay attention lol
