A problem with the false flag operations I’m surprised you didn’t mention is that if the Light ever gets evidence the heroes planted these incidents that they will expose it to the public and that wouldn’t just hurt Justice League’s image, but make people think the heroes in general are corrupt and creating crimes to make themselves look better. That could seriously hinder what all heroes can do everywhere.
