I would like to inform that I located the problem with optimization and I fixed problems with FPS and freeze frames. I had to change Texture Resolution of Roads from 8K (8192x2048) to 4K (4096 x 1024) and some Road Textures from 4K (4096 x 4096) to 2K (2048 x 2048)

Please tell me what settings you use for 2K 165khz (that's my monitor), 4080 super + 7800х3d, I watched a million videos and NOTHING, I use PNG + JBX + Enhanced Graphics 2.0.4, do you touch the config file or only from the game, if possible a picture, please i will be grateful!

2024-06-07 15:14:24 +0000 UTCI can create separate mod with this high resolution textures. When it comes to ATS and roads I can create High Quality Roads but base on roads in my country, or if there is someone who can to take photos by DSLR in USA, I can create textures looks like in this country.
