Opening the door reveals his girlfriend though as she comes in her personality is clearly different from before as she's way more sexual charged and lust filled than usual. Eventually he caves in despite being slightly weirded out he just can't say no to her throwing herself at him. As they have sex she changes her appearance more to match his inner perverted desires her expression mad with lust as her eyes glow pink. She ends up looking like a now hyper sexualized bimbo version of his girlfriend. He wants to be terrified but he's clearly too enthralled by his now hyper sexual girlfriend. All the while he feels himself growing weaker and weaker. She changes again to now have blue skin pink eyes tails and a horns showing herself to simply be a succubus taking the appearance of his girlfriend. Finally the boyfriend goes limp all his energy drained from their encounter. He seems almost a husk before he starts to fill out again first into his normal self then into a girl and then once again chaging into a bimbo himself his brain going from fear to lust as all his thoughts just turn to mush. Finally with a kiss to his now growing plump lips she reveals how instead of him dying she wasn't all bad and let him live but now only as his perverted dumb bimbo fantasy that he always wanted to be but could never truly achieve.
