Yes I love Soulsborne games, and Lies of P demo went WAY beyond my expectations.
I honestly am asking myself if they reverse engineered a FromSoft game (is that legal?) Cuz even found some common glitches from soul games in the demo...

But I think that would be more effort than just starting from scratch and trying to clone the feel of a soulsborne game. I've worked on decompile reverse engineer projects. It ain't easy even when you have the full cooperation of the original authors.
