Status Update - Complications and Balance

I have some bad news.
To me, they sound like good news because of their final outcome. But to most, they might feel like bad news. The update will not be coming out this weekend as previously anticipated. With a ton of scene variations for the coming story beats and the different potential dates with multiple characters, I am realizing just how much the game needs customization beyond what it currently has, and I want to make sure that every storyline remains as rewarding as the others, particularly the ones that you seem to give attention to based on the discord poll I made.

What does that really mean?
It means I might delay the coming update for a few days till next Friday April 4th, but that update might have more scenes involved for everyone to be able to see and enjoy more. However, if I am capable of ending it sooner then so be it, that'll be when the update comes out. I am hoping that it does. If I can make it work, it will have more than originally planned, and scenes with higher variety and plot-setting. You'll find that the story ramps up quite a lot in this coming update, and that things kick into high gear for the third act of our story. Making sure that there is ultimate compatibility with old saves while also ensuring that the game has elements that explain the world is therefore essential. Done is the character growth, in comes the character's goals, and Prom is right around the corner.

I'll talk more about the big picture and the emotions tied to it in the coming release post, though I now thank you for your continued patience as I get everything together for a killer release. Life has been a challenge, and I'm braving it every day with the confident appreciation that you have supported me through it all. Finally, my kindness is paid back with yours, and I know yours will be paid back with countless others.
