Optimum Realism R11 Progress

This version is focused on revamping older blocks that need improvement rather than adding more blocks. I've found that adding new blocks is what every resource pack does, but maintaining a fine consistency among them - that's the cream on top.
My ultimate aim is to make sure that all blocks in Optimum Realism blend well with each other and maintain a very accurate consistency among the art style. I want to make sure that when someone gets their heads on Optimum Realism, their first reactions are about being overwhelmed by its beauty and its all-known performance-quality equilibrium. Also to make sure that your computers do not turn into cooking pans while playing ;)
Optimum Realism's theme and consistency are quite well till now, but I need it to be better, to be perfect.
