Marianne the Succubus CYOA starting poll

I have not played or seen anything about Three Hopes, so this will not involve anything from that game.
This story will begin after the time skip, and you get to vote which path it will stem from. There will be five choices: the four routes that take place in the game, plus an original route of my own creation.
This fifth route is not bound by story plot of the actual game and would lead to another set-up poll to determine some of the specifics. For example, the fifth route could be a 'what if all the houses joined together' story so that all characters are living together in the monastery, among other options. If path 5 is chosen, I will write a short prologue to set the stage for the main story based on the results of the next poll.
