Most definitely, but does there have to be? No, not all. You can show bum, sack even full frontal as being a "tasteful nude" and have it as a "mature" rating because of that. Fully erect would be far more adult oriented than mature, just because the phallus is engorged, which comes across having adult/erotic intent.
