She's happy her friend finally has some good things in his life and I think she's happy she can start to tease him about it like you can with your friends! Harry Potter and the 33rd Expedition is a Clairely an Obscur reference. The crossover we're all hoping for

Same with the Twins to a lesser extent - even though they too know the importance of keeping their mouths shut. You never know who might go tattle to Skeeter.
