New reward - monthly character poll!

Rules:
- Only Moonstone+ tiers can submit characters for monthly poll
- If your original character won last month, you must skip the new one
- You can only submit a character until the 1st of each month
- If you unsubscribe from the tier before the end of the voting, the character you suggested will be automatically excluded
- Deadline for work after voting - 1 month.
- The winner gets half-body colored sketch (without wips, only the finished work)
- Sometimes the monthly poll can be replaced with a Personal Art month
The form:
- Your patreon nickname
- Suggested character name/fandom
- One character image (it will be added to the poll)
Moonstone+ tiers can submit their characters in special discord channel named #montly-poll
