I really like the "sea/ocean" theme of your dress, pendant, and earrings. Great reaction, also 🩵💚 There is a deleted scene either from this movie or World's End that explains Captain Jack Sparrow's backstory. He used to work for Beckett and the British East India Trading Company. One day he was told to pick up a load of cargo, but when he got there, the "cargo" was people to be sold into slavery. He refused to do this and let them go. To which Lord Beckett branded him a pirate and burned his ship, simply called the Pearl, to the bottom of the sea. Enraged, Jack then struck a deal with Davy Jones, who raised the now blackened ship (hence the name Black Pearl), and allowed Jack to captain it for 13 years, which he did until he was mutinied upon, leading to the events of the first movie. In the clip, when Beckett is explaining why he branded Jack all those years ago, Jack says to him "people aren't cargo". So his "crime" of piracy against the British Crown was freeing slaves. Imagine that. 🤔 (A reminder of who the real villains are in this story.)
