I am torn on how I feel about the owner of the gym. On one hand, I like that he has a culture of being good to the staff at the gym. On the other, he has obviously made no effort to either train his employees to be kind/encouraging to novices nor did he confront this client about their perceived behavior when it happened. Instead he took their money and also let his staff shit on them. Not cool.
