So if you find SOME my food posts missing, it's because someone is reporting my posts ONCE AGAIN pretending to be the creator of the food I convert for you guys! I'm mentally tired at this point because someone has nothing better to do than to falsely report my page. I have to take the posts down or my page will be temporarily suspended. Once resolved I will make new posts!

You're right! I haven't heard anything from tumblr, I had refrained from posting the links on tumblr cause the person reported certain posts on there. Like I find it weird that they're only reporting some of the posts you know? I wrote the creator and he was confused as to why my posts were getting reported and he gave me permission to convert them. I sent patreon all the proof I could so hopefully I can get this resolved, and they can let me know who it is cause it's definitely illegal to file false DMCA claims and I could sue if I wanted.

They should stop even wasting YOUR time with it at this point. In all actuality, the people who are reporting should have to be the ones going through all the red tape to validate their claim and who they are corresponding back and forth with. I'm really trying to figure out how can you even validate stolen food. I don't understand... anybody can cook a dish and make it look appealing, you are simply recreating that dish that was prepared - how can that be stolen?And if that creator is creating something similar if they aren't cooking it, it's not theirs either. Nine times out of ten, they got inspiration from somewhere without someone's permission. These companies need to get better terms in place to protect their clients. These culprits are only keeping at it because they are giving them a platform to keep this mess going. SMH
