Four edited and more fleshed out chapters

So, it took way longer than I'd expected, but I'm actually pretty happy I went back to these chapters. So, a quick explanation

I have moved a small bit from chapter 399 into what is now chapter 400. So, you don't have to reread 399. 400, however, has gotten some new things.

I have edited or inserted the following chapters 400, 401, 402, 403

There are about 6500 new words, mostly in chunks, and a few edits. So that's a bit more than a chapter.

You can click the links, and it should be pretty easy to find the new bits.

For those interested in a summary:

I've added the entire section of how the runesmith's card is fixed, including his card.
There is a bit of foreshadowing sprinkled in to show that Irwin is still thinking about what card to get next, including a small dialog with him and Ambraz about the second life card.
The bit with Scintilla has a whole few sections extra to wrap that up and see them safely in the massive portal gallery section that houses Eluathar
There's also a lot of bits in the last two chapters about the plague, and how they find these worlds.
Now, for now, I'll let these chapters rest a bit, but there's one more thing I'll be tackling. I'll rewrite a bit of what is now chapter 404, which was the chapter I released yesterday. I'll be redoing some of how Irwin came to the conclusion to create the card he is creating. I am however not going to do that tomorrow... Today was somewhat taxing ;) So, I'll be finishing the chapter after that, and you will all get another new chapter- 405, tomorrow like usual.

I would really appreciate some feedback on all the additions and edits :)

EDIT: So, I've also finalized the edits on chapter 404 - which was the one released on Friday. Some things have changed in that, mostly additions so it flows with the changes of the 403 and the plague. There's also a lot of changes in the discussion between Ambraz and Irwin and even in their eventual conclusion on what to do next. The final bit of that chapter was moved into the start of ch 405, but its still 6k... O_o
