"It was one of the best movies I've ever seen and deserved at least four Oscars. I took my pet skunk to the cinema and she got so excited she squirted and cleared the place so it became nice and quiet for us to really enjoy the film." 🤣🤣🤣 I wish I could meet people like her. 👍 My kinda woman, 🥰

I remember meeting a girl like Amelie at a bowling alley. I had joined a league to get the free custom-made ball they were offering. They paired me up with 2 older ladies, and a high school girl. I was in my 30's so I wasn't comfortable with the age difference, but I made the best of it and enjoyed the 4 weeks of bowling with them. At the end, they came around with another offer for another 4 week league. The young girl's eyes lit up with excitement. I could tell she really liked me, and was eager for the chance to keep seeing me. But I had to be honest, I was only there to get the free ball. She looked crushed. To make it easier, I was going to tell her that I was usually there on Sunday mornings, and I would be happy to bowl with her again if she happened to show up then too. But while I was changing back into my street shoes, she sneaked away. I last saw her running out the door in tears. Hopefully, she found her happy ending with someone else. I tried. 🙇
