I saw this movie when I was pretty young, but its what started me on my adventure into the horror genre. I am glad you didn't fall into the pitfalls that I see some reactors do such as "Why is it weird that he has a mobile phone?" When having a mobile phone in 1996 was rare. So I found that refreshing. I also liked how you just lightly touched on the twist that there were two killers when Billy entered Sydney's bedroom after being attacked and you said, "How did he get there so fast?" Since you suspected him as the killer. For me personally I fell for the reverse red herring. I thought it wasn't Billy because it was "too obvious" only to be like, "Oh it was him, damn". If you liked this and want something similar to watch for next year, then "I Know What You Did Last Summer" and "Urban Legend" would be viable options to consider.

It was the beginning of a whole new movement in horror films. I actually hadn’t even been a Drew fan before this. But, her murder was so heartbreaking, that I’ve never really stopped caring about her since. Ha.
