I agree with Tim. The journey can often be more fulfilling than the actual destination and both can create lasting memories (though high hopes for the best at the awards), Plus you get to meet Riley. I don’t like talking about myself but To add to the shared positiveness, if you ever struggle with accomplishment, I published my first book recently. A person who has very little going for themself and yet, this happens. I love to write and create stories but never considered sharing any of them and never expected anyone to want to read them but so far, they do! People are buying it! It feels scary af yet wonderful at the same time and even if nothing else comes from this, the experience will be worth it. I’ll see you tomorrow.

"Like for this video, for example, I feel like I'm not doing enough" No, it's a good whisper/ramble video. I know I've said this before, but your only limiting factor is your self-confidence and believing that you aren't good enough at certain things. Talent isn't an issue. Yes, you are known best for your experimentation with trigger items, but your roleplays, personal attention videos, and whisper/ramble videos so far have been excellent as well.
Speaking of self-confidence, I'm very happy that you're forcing yourself to fly out to LA to attend the awards after all. Regardless of the outcome, it'll be a great once in a lifetime experience, and I'm sure you'll have an amazing time and make some new friends. Having said that, even though you are up against people with a very high viewership, don't forget that you also beat out lots of other ASMRtists to be nominated, and you have just as much right and reason to be at those awards as the other three. Also, viewership isn't the same as community, and you have a very loyal following, so while I know it's a long shot, never say never, you can still win that award 💚
