This is a CostumeCostomizer mod.
should work on steam too.
Options:
-3 color presets.
-I had to put the shorts in accessory slot 1 (Ctrl+7) since the panty slot doesn't have the required vertex groups.

Installation:
Drop the mod files in one of the empty folders of CostumeCustomizer.
