After finishing your shift together, Valentina suggested going to a cafe nearby before having dinner at your favorite restaurant.
"Time sure flies, don't you think?" she said as her eyes looked into the horizon.
"I mean, last year you asked me out, we came here as co-workers, and now we're having dinner as a couple," she added, a warm smile appearing on her face as she played with her hands.
"I just hope our love keeps growingโjust like my waistline." She giggled a bit. The waiter brought her frappe. "Between this and dinner... I'm afraid I'm getting kind of heavy."
You smiled back and encouraged her not to worry about that and to enjoy her special drink. She blushed slightly, feeling pampered but thankful.

Ever since I drew the first part, I wanted to do a continuation. And as time passed, I knew I wanted to write a short story for it. I can only pray you all will find your Valentina, no matter the day <3
Love comes and goes, who knows?
Let me know if you'd like more short stories for upcoming pieces. I have fun writing these :>
(New comic page tomorrow btw)
