They need to buck their hips out to make contact with the vibrator, but only Ahri has managed to do it, while D.Va is either still fighting it or else is so deathly ticklish that she can't push herself quite far enough (or maybe her ticklers are deliberately holding her down, keeping her from leaning back all the way, so she'll "lose"). Dialogue from an offscreen character taunting her or confirming one of these paths would be great! Also, blindfolds are hot. And maybe something tickling their butts?

However it's too late by then and she's already in for a very very long ticklish ride.
