Salad Fingers #11 (and other project updates)

Hello there Patreoids and Patreates. I always forget to do this but here are some updates regarding where I am with things.

Salad Fingers 11 (am I still numbering them? we'll see).

Things are going pretty well with this one.I really can't tell how long it will take though. Right now progress is speedy but I might hit some difficult areas.

I don't aim to make it look much different in style and quality to number 10. I don't want the series to be too inconsistent. If something needs improving then I will work on it but I was quite happy with the visual style on #10, however, it has been a few years and so naturally a few things will have developed. 

One thing I have noticed is that I am drawing things from more angles than I used to. I think this can only be a good thing.

I think this might be another 10 minute long episode. Maybe longer. Quite a lot happens.

Here are a couple of non-spoilery screenshots. I have posted some lower quality versions of these to instagram. It's really hard to find shots that don't give stuff away. 

Who knows if this will be the next release though.

News #3. I made most of this right after #2 but I jumped projects a few times. I wrote episodes up to #7. I intend to do more video-based stuff. It's fun.

WallerFM - Crust and myself recorded all the bits for a new episode ages ago. It just needs an edit. And my god, is it a big edit task. Imagine taking about 10 hours of unstructured waffling and turning it into a single hour of liquid silk. I love doing WallerFM. It's my favourite project to do. If you haven't listened to them I hope you will. There are 10 episodes I think. Or 9. Maybe 9. They're all on Youtube. Good for train journeys.

Not Stanley - I found some old audio. Enough for 2 episodes but might merge them into one. Not sure how it will turn out since it was outtakes and there is a bit of context missing. If only I could still do the voice I could create some new ones. It just doesn't come to me.

Meadow Man :( - I have no plans to cancel this. I just need there to be 7 more days per week and several more hours per day and several more minutes per hour.....and even if I somehow manage to change these units of time, there would be no difference in how long it would take, we'd all just die earlier. I like trying to make big things. This was just too big for me at the time.

Other stuff not worth promising: It will all get made eventually. There are always plans for bigger things. I made a feature called Umbilical World by cutting up and messing with my own stuff. It will come out on DVD / Digital eventually.  I have written a book but I don't know what will happen with it. 

That's enough for now. I probably forgot to mention half of the things I am working on. I really do nothing else but work on things. Really.
