Witch Halloween

Hello everyone!

It's too early to tell what the result is, but at least we released the Witch 4 game.

Now, if you have any thoughts, suggestions and stuff, you can post them here:

I'll be sure to read everything, and try to take them into account, within reasonable limits :-)

I hope the author can add more bondage and iron chain scenes, such as the puppet show scene in the second part of "The Witch" and the scene of Chelsea being hanged and raped by a clown, which is particularly tempting and in line with the devil's lustful nature

Totally agree with the Fountain of Purity addition. It is a wonderful "Quality of Life" improvement for the game. For endings, Witch 2 is classic for me. It has the craziest orgy, cumulating with Chelsea's corruption. This is the "Jester Won" ending where she became his Harley Quinn.

Cheese tactics for hunting mechanic in the Witch series -- if you don't want to deal with it at all, just save the game when it happens, quit to Main Menu, and reload. It will reset the timer.

Many people have praised Witch 4 for the run mechanic. Totally agree with that. I also want to praise the balance for "world size" in each scene. Witch 1 had long scenes where you walk, slowly, over long distance with nothing happening. That exacerbated the slow walk mechanic of that game. In Witch 4, the scene size is just right. You get to enjoy the eye candy of the MCs walking/running, and interactive spots are never too far away. It is not easy to balance "exploration" with "empty world", and I think Witch 4 got it right. Loved the new art style for Chelsea. I am okay with Melissa's appearance in Witch 4, but I wouldn't mind if she returns to her Jester's Museum look.

I like the concept of the MC being hunted, it adds suspense and stake to the game. That said, I do believe the hunt mechanic can be better. On my fast PC (gaming rig), the Wolf Hour happens so frequent, and last so long, that it really breaks up the pacing of the game. It got to the point where I just save the game, quit to main menu, and reload whenever Wolf Hour happened. When I played the game on my slow laptop, Wolf Hour took a long time to trigger so it was not a problem. The real issue with Wolf Hour (and Inquisitor) though, is that you can't progress the game during that period. The world changed, and all the interactions you normally would have in the scene were disabled. That forced you to wait out Wolf Hour before resuming the adventure. If you can continue progressing the game during Wolf Hour, but have to watch out / run away from being caught, then the hunt mechanic will add challenge to the game without being an annoyance to the players. I too would like to know more about the recurring monsters, like the Ghost Lady in the mirror (Witch 1 & 3), and especially the Jester. The Jester has become the nemesis for Chelsea, much like the Puppeteer for Melissa. We got a game dedicated to the Puppeteer, so a similar one for Jester would be great. At the very least, some lore to explain why the Jester is obsessed with Chelsea would enrich both characters.

The mechanism for triggering ghosts in Witch 4 is also very good, no longer using the option to choose between pleasing or exorcising, with a coercive effect. This is great, it is recommended to use the same method in the remade version. Does that perverted lawyer mean the bandage monster? In fact, his introduction and background are also very attractive, hoping to expand his story

ADD A GALLARY COMPLETE BUTTON AT THE END

Oh yeah, I'd love to see Agnet in Witch 1! I also like the scenes with the perverted lawyer. I feel as if the hunting mechanic was perfected in Witch 1-- there were so many places to hide that if you wanted to unlock the scene you could let yourself get caught. In Witch 4, they kind of just charge at you, and navigating to escape can be difficult. Most of the time, the place you are supposed to hide is past where the monster spawns ._.

Hard agree. Chelsea's new design looks very nice and it would be nice to make her look pure and innocent again as she was in Witch Halloween while keeping her new art style. Melissa was peak in Jester's Theater Museum.

I'm a completionist when it comes to games so I really like how easy it was to keep separate saves between events. Adding that fountain of purity at the end of the game to unlock all the scenes for the gallery, and still get some of the other endings was a very nice touch that saved me another couple of hours! In terms of gameplay adding the ability to run was a very welcome change, and it is really all we could have asked for. I can't think of anything else. The ending to Witch Halloween, Coven, is a classic. In my opinion none of the other full hentai endings compare to it. Witch 4's ending I felt was a little lackluster, but the animation quality is really good. I think it is because the faces used for Chelsea and Melissa had a different art style compared to what was used normally. It just looked weird. Regardless, looking forward to the remake!

Yes, I hope to enrich the content of the game, such as introducing each monster and their character story, more plot and dialogue, such as the sudden appearance of the toilet ghost in Witch 4, with only simple foreshadowing, which was done well in Witch 1. I really like the introduction of each monster in Witch 1 (if possible, I would like to see the story of Auntie and them) I personally think hunting time is great because it can increase gameplay, but not taking anything away during the hunting period is not good. You should also add interactive elements with the surrounding environment while hunting. Finally, when it comes to CG and art, I prefer the style of 'Witch 2', where Chelsea is calm, bitch, and addictive

I can feel the improvement in the gameplay of “Witch 4”. Some puzzles are slightly more difficult, but the degree is just right. The optimization of the sprint function is necessary, now I don't need to waste too much time on the road. The innovation of the two protagonists solving puzzles alternately is very interesting, and I especially like "Melissa's Diary", which makes me feel that there is a certain degree of cooperation between the sisters. I also appreciate some Easter eggs related to other works in the series, such as Dripley, Lilith, and Agnet. It is a pity that this game does not have the function of reviewing the collected key hints, which made it difficult for me to find the last ghost on the first clearance. In the sequel, if possible, I hope that the status of each ghost can be displayed separately, instead of a display like n/8. In addition, I would like to make some complaints about the CG of the game, although I respect that everyone has different aesthetics. Compared with the previous game, Melissa looks a little too mature. I would prefer her appearance in "Theater Museum", which is rather youthful. On the other hand, Chelsea seems just fine now.

I've def got a decent bit to say, but I'll try to be a bit brief. To go over some criticisms quickly with the games as a whole, and especially Witch 4, there are two things that always bothered me. First is the whole "character that hunts the player" namely the Inquisitor and Ragman. The problem this poses is the player has no control over it and it feels like it breaks the pacing of playing the game. I think the reason I love Theater Museum so much (aside from the creative variety it has) is there was no pressure of being hunted. For the other issue... the game feels very vague in what you have to do. In witch 4 this was especially noticeable as I couldn't figure out how the time travel mechanic worked, and actually screwed up at becoming one away from a perfect taming run on Melissa's end with the elevator hands. For the one big request I have, I want to learn more about the characters and monsters. For the monsters I have a simple idea where maybe anytime you tame one, you have journal that automatically adds general info about the being as if Chelsea or Melissa recorded info about it. Speaking of them, I'd like to know, could you tell me about them? Like what are their personalities for example. Otherwise, really liked the games, looking forward to whatever comes next.
