Soon enough, a somewhat amusing scene unfolded.

Kotori, insisting on being stubborn, would run a bit with Homura's bag and then take a break, running a bit and then take a break again.

Seeing this, Homura laughed, then quickly took a few steps forward, snatching his bag back.

"Alright, Missy, let me handle it. Why bother showing off?"

"I'm not just doing it for you guys." Homura said with a smile. "It's also to provide a better viewing environment for the fans."

As they climbed the stairs, Homura continued.

"Of course, you guys still can help me. I'll need to get on the railing to install this, so you can help by handing me things."

As Homura and the others arrived at the rooftop, Rin greeted him happily.

"Yeah, I'm here."

Homura looked around and saw that a small portion of the parts for the stage had already been placed. It seemed like they wouldn't be able to get everything ready until tomorrow.

"Let's skip the small talk and get started. It will be easier to finish this before setting up the stage."

Saying this, Homura put down the large bag he was carrying.

A dull sound was heard.

"It sounds heavy, nyaa..." Rin was speechless.

"Nah, it's okay."

Homura shrugged and then picked Haru up from his shoulder.

"Little one, stay put and don't wander off, okay? Even though the fourth floor isn't much for you, there can still be accidents, so it's best to avoid them."

Upon hearing this, the girls looked at each other with a deadpan expression.

What did he mean by the fourth floor wasn't much?

However, upon thinking carefully, maybe it really isn't much for a cat.

"Meow~"

Haru nodded, licked her paw, then sat to the side as Rin naturally moved closer to her.

Homura smiled, taking a good look at the environment.

"Is the stage going to be set up here?"

Homura asked, pointing to a certain spot.

"Yeah, we're planning to set it up over there." Honoka replied, nodding at him.

"Hmm..."

Homura stroked his chin thoughtfully before sharing his opinion.

"Let's move it a bit further in. Honestly, even though this rooftop isn't small, it can't hold many people. If we don't move it in a bit, the audience in the back will push the people in the front toward the inside."

Hearing this, the girls considered his suggestion and felt that he had a good point.

However, how much further in?

"Let's move it as far in as possible." Homura pointed to the innermost spot. "Honestly, I'm actually hoping it rains on the day."

"Huh? Why?" Nico couldn't help but ask.

"It doesn't actually need to rain; as long as it's dark enough, it'll work." Homura gestured. "We can hang a big projection screen on the teaching building, so even people on the field can see your performance."

As soon as he finished speaking, the girls were all stunned, as they hadn't thought of that at all.

"But why does it need to be dark?" Honoka was a bit confused.

"Honoka-chan, Homura-kun mentioned a projection." Nozomi explained. "If it's bright, you won't be able to see the projection, right?"

Honoka: "..."

She couldn't believe she had asked such a silly question.

"I actually wanted to go all out and set up a big screen." Homura said with a smirk. "But the school definitely won't allow it, so I went with a projection."

'You really have some nerve...' Elf thought speechlessly, her mouth twitching.

"Yosh, let's get to work!" Homura rolled up his sleeves. "I'll try to cover all of this!"

In the stairwell, he took the ladder Eli had prepared earlier and quickly got to work.

Below him, Kotori and Umi were helping by handing things up to him as he fixed all the metal rods to the guardrails and fastened large waterproof fabrics on them.

To prevent water from pooling on top, he created a noticeable height difference between the metal rods on either side and tightened the top so that rainwater would slide off one side.

While things were bustling here, Elf was busy with her phone.
